Purchase any product from Danoz and try it in your own home for 30 days.
Danoz aims for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if you have any questions relating to the returns process, warranty enquiries, sizing or how to get the most from your item please contact our friendly Customer Care Team.

Arranging a Return or Exchange
1. Contact Customer Care
Call or email our Customer Care Team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number that will enable us to arrange for a full refund of monies paid to date (excluding postage and handling), or an exchange of goods. The goods must be in their original condition and undamaged with any accessories and free gifts that were included with your purchase).
We will also appreciate it if the product is returned in its original packaging.
Please Note: Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
We will allow you 7 business days for return delivery. We highly recommend registering the parcel to enable tracking. Danoz is not liable for any products lost in transit.
2. Receiving a Refund or Exchange:
For a Refund: Once the product has been received and approved by our team, we will arrange for a refund (of monies paid to date, less postage and handling) within 3-5 business days.
For an Exchange: Once the product has been received and approved by our team, we will arrange for a replacement product to be delivered to you within 10-14 days.
For Warranty: Danoz offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty on products. Should your product require repairs within 12 months from the date of purchase, Danoz will repair the product free of charge (postage and handling fees may apply).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.
