Refunds & Returns

Danoz Direct operates according to strict quality control guidelines. We follow a 30 day money back guarantee (including change of mind).

Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.

Danoz Direct offers a warranty on repairs. Should your product require repairs within 12 months from the date of purchase , then Danoz Direct will repair the product free of charge (postage and handling fees apply). Please keep your sales docket as proof of commencement of the warranty period. You will be requested to produce the docket when returning the product for repair under warranty.

We recommend that you return the product via Australia post. you must pre pay all returns postage, you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with Australia post. Danoz Direct reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.

Danoz Direct does not accept liability for consequential loss, nor for injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product. Danoz Direct does not accept liability for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or the product in a manner not designed, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer.

Danoz Direct recommends that all safety instructions are read prior to using any product. Remember to keep the safety instructions in a handy location for easy reference whenever the product is used.

Where the product is purchased for a purpose that is not for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, Danoz Direct excludes conditions and warranties implied by statute or by the common law, including statutory conditions and warranties under the Trade Practices Act or the Sale of Goods Act, to the extent that such exclusion is permitted by law.
