Q: Does the Magic Bullet come with a warranty?

A: Yes, the Magic Bullet is covered by a full 1-year warranty.

Q: Is it OK to put the Magic Bullet in the dishwasher?

A: Yes, with the Magic Bullet clean up is a snap! All of the Bullet Cups, blades, Party Mugs, lids and lip rings are dishwasher safe. So are the Bullet Blender and Bullet Juicer kit pieces. The only thing that cannot go in the dishwasher is the Magic Bullet power base.

Q: Are all the Magic Bullet pieces microwave safe?

A: The Magic Bullet Tall and Short Cups and Shaker/Steamer tops are indeed microwave safe. You can prepare and cook food in the same cup without dirtying a dish and with no pots and pans to clean up. All other pieces of the Magic Bullet, including the Party Mugs, should not be used in the microwave.

Q: What are the Magic Bullet cups, mugs and blender made of?

A: All of the Bullet Cups, Party Mugs, lids and lip rings - as well as the Bullet Blender -- are made out of high-impact plastic. Unlike glass, they do not shatter when dropped.

Q: How much do the Bullet Cups hold? What is their capacity?

A: The large Bullet Cup holds 20 ounces, the regular sized Bullet Cup holds 12 ounces.

Q: What is the capacity of the Bullet Blender? How much does it hold?

A: The Bullet Blender is a full sized blender and holds 56 ounces.

Q: What do I do if the cup/Party Mug leaks while I'm mixing ingredients with the Magic Bullet?

A: Your Magic Bullet is designed to provide a watertight seal for the life of the unit. If you find that, occasionally, liquid seeps out while you are using your Magic Bullet, it is generally because of one of two reasons. First, check to make sure that the blade assembly has been screwed tightly onto the Bullet Cup or Party Mug. Or, if it is firmly fastened, then the problem may be that the gasket is missing. There is a clear plastic gasket that lines the inside rim of each of the blade assemblies. Occasionally, it will fall out in the dishwasher or sink. Check to make sure that the gasket is in the motor assembly. If it is not, then dig it out of your dishwasher or replace it with one of the spare gaskets provided in your kit.

An absolute must-have for any health-conscious parents of young babies! Instead of buying commercial junk or stewing fruit (which destroys most of the vitamins) we were able to puree any fresh fruit for our 6 months old and in a small quantities too, so no wastage. Still use it a year later to make fruit-only icy poles and vegetable pasta sauces. Best buy for little tummies :) Thank you

Fab Machine, I even take it to friends and wizz up our drinks while we are out. It is a great gift with the second one at no cost! I kept the extra cup set for myself and now have plenty for those extra guests.

my friends and i love to watch the informercials on tv but when the magic bullet came on we sat still for the whole time staring at the screen. as most of my friends and i are training to be chefs we thought that the bullet was surreal. i bugged and bugged my parents to help me get one and i finally got one for chistmas and loved it so much i bought two more and have them at work and everyone loves it

It's a great tool. If I only used it to mix fruit into my protein drinks it would be well woth the price. I use it for a lot more and it works.

The Magic Bullet is a hit at our house. I bought one after watching an infomercial. I got 2 for 1 so I gave one to my mom,and we both love it. The best thing of all is that potatoe pancakes(our favourite dinner pancake) is a breeze to do. I was sceptical that it will perform well with hard raw potatoes, but it grinds them to a beautiful consistency which never turns dark as compared to other methods. The potatoes have a beautiful cream shade. Chopping anything in the bullet is so easy, and we have iced coffes and drinks almost every day now. Thanks for a great product.

I LOVE the magic bullet it is soo easy to make smoothies now!! I have gone through soooo many heavy duty blenders and none of them have worked or lasted as long as the magic bullet. Its a dream come true!!!

I can sum this machine up in one word - AWESOME!Bran used to be boring to drink with milk...I mixed it in my Bullet and added some frozen blueberries...Presto it was like ice-cream!
